About event
This is an opportunity to win original works of art from the artists in the New Hall Art Collection for yourself! Bidding will start from £20, making it an affordable way to begin or enhance your own collection of art. Already this year, artists including Maggi Hambling, Barbara Rogers and Yvonne Jones have all pledged works for auction. This promises to be an exciting opportunity!
Bidding will take place between the 18th February and 4th March 2011. The funds raised from the online auction will add to the Barlow Art Fund, an endowment set up in 2005 through the generosity of the Barlow family for the long term care and conservation of the New Hall Art Collection.
As we are wholly supported through the generosity of trusts, foundations and individual benefactors, events such as this form the life blood of the Collection and help secure its future.

We have made a record-breaking £5,550 this year, which will be added to the Barlow Art Fund, an endowment set up in 2005 through the generosity of the Barlow family for the long term care and conservation of the New Hall Art Collection.
